In our body, excessive fat deposition may occur for various reasons. In order to get rid of these fat depositions, Liposuction is one of the best methods. In general, it is a method that frequently applied in the abdominal fat, legs, belly and hip region.

What is Liposuction?

Liposuction's word meaning is to absorb fat and is a method of fat removal. It is applied to some parts of the body that accumulate fat unevenly and is a shaping surgery.

What is Double Chin Liposuction?

Double chin fat deposition also occurs as a result of unevenly weight gain and lost, regardless of age. Due to the loosening of the neck muscles as time and age progress, double chin fat is also formed. Operation performed in this region is called double chin liposuction .

For Whom Is Liposuction Applicable?

Since the double chin liposuction process is not a slimming method, it is not suitable for overweight individuals. The main reason for this is the occurrence of re-deformations as a result of future weight loss. In addition, it is not applied to women during pregnancy or breastfeeding period. It is not a suitable method among individuals with chronic disease. If drugs such as blood thinners are used, this should be reported to the physician prior to the double chin liposuction procedure. What is Double Chin Liposuction

Although liposuction is a method used by men and women to become slim, it is not a weight loss method. Excess fats in the body are usually removed with the help of fine cannulas, the body is shaped in a balanced manner. In some cases, fats in undesired areas are removed by liposuction , and is given to the areas required.

3 methods for liposuction can be mentioned. One of them is performed by vacuum method with the help of thin cannulas. The other method is laser assisted liposuction. The body's excess fats are dissolved by laser beams before vacuuming with the help of cannulas. In the other method, laser liposuction technique, the refractory fats are provided to be discharged by the liver and kidney and no

vacuuming is performed. Liposuction can be applied to anyone who does not have any health problems and has no special condition, such as age, breastfeeding or pregnancy. After Liposuction is used fo

r many years in America, also has become popular in Turkey. It is a simple operation performed quite often. Frequently applied areas are abdominal and waist circumference, hips, inner and outer side of thighs, facing sides of knees, neck, upper arm and breast.

How is Liposuction Performed?

Step 1.

Firstly Liposuction areas are determined.

Step 2.

After that, a special liquid that dissolves the fat to be removed is given to these areas with the help of cannulae.

Step 3.

The cannulae are empty and thin pipes.

Step 4.

Dissolved fat is removed by vacuum.

Before Liposuction

liposuctionFirst, the patient should be informed before surgery. In the same way, the patient should report to the doctor before surgery whether they have diseases such as diabetes. It is very important not to cause any problems after the operation. Smoking may have some side effects during surgery. Therefore, smokers should stop smoking before the operation. If the patient is in good health, he/she should be in the hospital a few hours before the operation.

The type of anesthesia should be determined according to the region that the operation going to be performed and the amount of fat. They may be local anesthesia or general anesthesia. A fasting period of at least 8 hours is required for general anesthesia. Finally, the necessary tests are performed and evaluated before the operation.

After Liposuction

After the liposuction operation, the patient can immediately return to social life. On average, one and a half months later, he/she can swim in the pool or sea. Visibly changes occur postoperatively. The patient is required to wear a corset for the first fifteen days following the surgery. For the second fifteen days, the corset should be worn in the day time or at night.
First of all, we need to specify that Liposuction is not a direct weight loss method.

Purpose of the liposuction methodis to eliminate the fat that you cannot get rid of despite the exercises or diets you do. Liposuction will be the right address for you if you are not able to remove the fat in your buttocks. The first thing to do after theLiposuction operation is to make the patient walk. How long time after the patient will walk, varies depending on the type of anesthesia applied. The patient should walk immediately if local anesthesia is applied, should walk after 1 hour if general anesthesia is applied.

After the liposuction operation, the corset should be used during the time recommended by the doctor. There may be dizziness for a few days after the operation. This is due to removed fats. For these reasons, there  should be healthy nutrition to minimize dizziness. At the same time, natural foods will make the patient better. After the liposuction operation, the treated area takes about 8 weeks to get shaped and the surgical scars will be recovered for up to 6 months.

Liposuction Operation

For Whom Is Liposuction Applicable?

The best candidates for liposuction are candidates with good skin elasticity. The skin, which is cracked and have no elasticity due to continuous weight gain and lost or some other reasons, is not suitable for operation. It is an ideal solution for individuals who are still intensively engaged in sports but still cannot get rid of their fats. Liposuction, which can be considered as the right choice for your fats that are accumulated in certain regions and not be removed, provides advantages. Can't get rid of your belly fat even though you have been doing sports for years? With the liposuction operation you can eliminate this problem.
