He was born in Yozgat city on 1st January 1963 . He completed his primary , middle and high school in Ankara city. In 1982 he started studying medicine at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and graduated as doctor at the end of 1989

He moved after graduation to Artvin city in order to complete his mandatory service at the group of district president.

After two years of service there , He excelled the examination for specialty in medicine and started his residency training as an assistant in the department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Faculty of Medicine at Ondokuz Mayis University.

On 1996 he finishes his residency training and in the same year he started working as a prelector in the department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Faculty of Medicine , Ondokuz Mayis University .

About 1.5 years later, he was assigned  to the same department as Assistaant of Professor . In order to increase his knowledge and experience he moved to the United States and worked on subjects related to microsurgical plastic surgery for one year between 1998-1999 .

After returning from the United States,while he was carrying on his academic and scientific studies ,he was assigned as the head of department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Faculty of Medicine, Ondokuz Mayıs University, he was also in the board membership of the Faculty of Medicine and as a Deputy Chief Physician in the faculty medicine hospital.

 

On 2004, he passed the Associate Professorship exam then became an Associate Professor and continued his work as an Associate Professor for a year.

 In the same year, he was elected as the Doctor of the Year at the "Azeri Bussiness Award" ceremony held in Azerbaijan and received many more awards like this one in the later years .

In 2005, he resigned from all his duteies in the university and established FBM Laser Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Clinic.

Assoc.Prof. Dr. Hayati Akbash, who continues his works not only nationally but also internationally  opened beauty center in Istanbul 2007,  stablished FBM Plastic Surgery Clinic in Batumi ,Georgia and in Baku, Azerbaijan at the same year. FBM Çiftlik Beauty Center in Samsun city .

He continued his work by opening a connection pffice with FBM clinic in Cologne Germany.

Along with his medical work, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Hayati Akbash contributes to continuous awareness about plastic surgeries through articles in many newspapers and magazines, in addition he always participate in TV shows on differnet TV channels.

Assoc.Prof. Dr. Hayati Akbash married and father of three young children ,he has a lot of researchers and studies which has been shared on different magazines and conferances natiolly and internatioally.He is still working and performing a lot of plastic surgeries  in FBM aesthetic medical center which he established in Samsun city, Turkiye.
